Welcome to Northbourne Action Group

Northbourne is owned and managed by James Butcher Housing Association part of Southern Housing Group. Our small estate was known as Northbourne Ghetto and Social City!. We had a very bad (undeserved) reputation with high levels of antisocial behaviour and small amounts of petty crime.

After various police panel meetings we decided to setup a group to try and turn our estate around, N.A.G's (Northbourne Action Group) was born!, we formed in October 2006 with a committee of 5! over the next two years we have grown and moved from strength to strength. Reducing antisocial behaviour by a massive 30% and crime to almost zero.
